CGI Construction in Anaheim, CA | Workshop Contractors
We provide independent CGI construction service across Anaheim as a trusted Anaheim General Contractor, from cabinet and quartz installs to full kitchen and bath remodels using genuine CGI components. What makes our CGI work here different is that we plan every install around Anaheim’s two construction realities: Resort District scheduling rules near the park, and older out-of-level slabs in the flat west side. Call (844) 384-3361 for a free estimate on your CGI project.
Why Anaheim Residents Choose Us for CGI Service
Noel Figueroa grew up watching tradesmen build half the houses on his street in Ontario, and he has carried that same standard into every Anaheim job we take on. We do not send a salesperson to measure and a different crew to install. The same Workshop Contractors team handles the scope, sequencing, and finish work, which matters when you are setting CGI cabinetry over a slab that has settled forty years out of level.
We stock genuine CGI cabinet boxes, drawer fronts, and quartz slab components through our supply relationships, and we pair them with quality aftermarket hinges, slides, and glass hardware where the OEM markup does not buy durability. That means your Anaheim remodel gets the finish and warranty where it counts, without paying a premium for parts that perform the same either way. As an independent CGI service provider, we set our own schedule, pull our own permits, and stand behind the work directly.

Common CGI Construction Problems We Solve in Anaheim
- Racked cabinet boxes and rubbing doors on older slabs. West Anaheim tract homes built in the 1950s and 60s sit on slabs that have shifted over decades. We regularly shim and scribe CGI cabinet runs flat so doors close clean and reveals stay even, instead of forcing boxes to follow a wall that is out by an inch.
- Cracked quartz seams over dishwasher and sink cutouts. When the cabinet run beneath a CGI quartz top is not leveled first, the overhang carries stress it was never meant to. We see this after discount installs and DIY jobs. We reinforce and level the base before the slab goes down.
- Shower tile and glass movement in Anaheim Hills. Expansive clay soils under hillside homes shift with moisture, and that movement shows up as cracked grout, popped tile, and frameless glass that no longer closes squarely. We rebuild shower pans and reset glass so the assembly moves with the house rather than fighting it.
- Faded cabinet finishes and cupped LVP from Santa Ana heat. South- and west-facing kitchens in Anaheim take direct sun through dry, hot summers. CGI finishes and luxury vinyl plank hold up when the product is rated for that exposure; we spec accordingly and flag anything that will fade or cup.
- Resort District scheduling conflicts. Anaheim’s design review near Disneyland limits construction hours, noise, and dust. We stage CGI install days around those windows so your remodel does not stall on a citation.
CGI Service in Anaheim: What Local Conditions Mean for Your Equipment
Anaheim’s Resort District design review does not stop at the park-adjacent blocks. It pushes dust, noise, and construction-hour restrictions onto remodels in the surrounding ZIPs, which means a CGI kitchen or bath install in 92812 or 92814 has to be scheduled and staged around those rules rather than run as an open-ended job site. That is a scheduling reality Fullerton CGI service providers and flatland contractors elsewhere in Orange County do not plan for. On a 1960s tract home off West Lincoln Avenue in 92805, our crew pulled a tired galley kitchen down to the studs and found the slab and two interior walls out of level by nearly an inch. We shimmed and scribed a CGI semi-custom cabinet run flat, set a CGI quartz top with a reinforced sink cutout, and framed a frameless glass shower in the adjoining bath. The doors close clean and the counter seams sit true. That is the difference between knowing Anaheim and just working in it.
CGI Models & Products We Service in Anaheim
Our CGI sales & service work covers semi-custom wood cabinetry in painted and stained door styles for kitchen and bath runs, CGI quartz countertop slabs and coordinated vanity tops, CGI hard-surface tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring, and CGI frameless glass shower enclosures with door hardware for full remodel packages. We spec genuine CGI cabinetry and countertop components where they carry the finish and the warranty, and we use aftermarket hinges, slides, glass hardware, and trim where the OEM part adds cost without durability. On CGI boxes and quartz, honest repair-versus-replace usually favors repair when the substrate and framing are sound. We re-level, re-shim, and refinish before recommending a tear-out. For Anaheim jobs we keep common CGI components and quartz edge profiles staged locally so a repair does not wait on a factory order.

FAQs – CGI Construction in Anaheim
In most Anaheim Hills homes, cracked grout and popped tile are the house moving, not a tile defect. Expansive clay soils under hillside slabs shift with seasonal moisture, and that movement telegraphs straight into the shower assembly. The fix is usually rebuilding the shower pan and resetting tile and glass so the assembly can move without cracking. Call (844) 384-3361 and we will tell you whether it is soil or substrate before you spend on a tear-out.
Yes, and we do it often. Older west Anaheim slabs in 92804 and 92805 are rarely level, so the key is scribing and shimming the CGI cabinet run to hold flat against the wall and floor, not forcing the boxes to follow the existing surfaces. If the existing layout works, we keep the plumbing and electrical in place and install around them. A free site check tells us whether you are looking at a cabinet swap or a full remodel.
Yes. Anaheim’s Resort District design review restricts construction hours, noise, and dust in the surrounding ZIPs, and that applies to any remodel, not just park-adjacent projects. We schedule CGI installation days around those windows and stage materials off-site when needed, so the job moves forward without a violation. Call (844) 384-3361 and we will check whether your address falls inside the restricted zone before we quote.
CGI quartz holds up well in Anaheim’s hot, dry summers when it is spec’d and installed correctly, but south- and west-facing kitchens put real thermal stress on seams and edge profiles. We reinforce the sink and dishwasher cutouts, level the cabinet run first, and advise on edge profiles that resist chipping from heat cycling. For the hottest exposures we will tell you honestly if a different surface makes more sense.
A CGI walk-in shower install in Anaheim typically falls between $4,500 and $12,000. In Villa Park CGI service areas and Anaheim Hills the soil does matter: expansive clay means the pan and glass may need movement-tolerant framing and a geotechnical once-over before we set anything, which sits at the higher end of that range. In the flat west side the price is usually driven by how much the original slab needs re-leveling. Call (844) 384-3361 for a fixed quote on your specific shower footprint.
